Mammoth Lakes is located pretty much equidistant from the incredibly diverse cities of Las Vegas,
San Fran and LA.
The house has magnificent communal space in the living room with a huge fireplace, a separate TV room, and huge kitchen that also has a defined eating area and a defined TV area in addition. There is
also an outside spa, and a double garage with further parking for probably 6 cars if the guests wanted to hire a long term vehicle.
There are two rooms available with 4 sharing, and one twin. All the beds have a private bedside table and vast areas of shared storage, either hanging or shelved. There are also a total of 5
baths/showers that would be shared by the tenants. All bedding is included. The house will also have a custodian. The custodian will be knowledgeable for the local area and hospitable but will not fulfill the role of a classic host.
Transfers to the house can be provided on the 16th December from LAX and back again on the 15th March

The apartment is a 3rd floor split level duplex with an the entry hall, living room/lounge/kitchenette, bathroom (including shower and a bath), balcony with beautiful mountain views, widescreen LCD TV, DVD, Sony games console, megafast wireless broadband throughout and a landline telephone+answer phone with free calls to many countries. L2A03: Les 2 Alpes

is completely renovated by an interior designer to a high standard that
is normally rented week by week. There are 3 bedrooms with double

These are big studios, 28m”, and are in an old house in the Ville Vauban, in th old town of Briancon they overlook the Grande Gargouille, the picturesque cobbled main street with all its shops, restaurants and bars.They are at 10 minutes walk from the Prorel telecabine wich gives you acces to the Grand Serre Che ski area. They are large studios, ~28m2, with an entrance hall with storage, a shower room, a bedroom area (with double bed we may be able to provide bunks if this is prefered) and a main living room. This has a kitchen equipped with a full size cooker and fridge, there is also a dining area and a settee which coverts into a double bed. The flats have their own ski locker. We can organise phone and internet access if required.
VDI03: Val d'Isere (La Daille)
