Chalet Montperron is a very charming exceptionally located vintage savoie chalet just ouside the charming resort of La Rosiere. The chalet itself is also 15 minutes drive from Les Arc and St Foye and 30 minutes drive from Tignes and Val d'isere. The chalet was built in 1883 but encompesses all the modern facilites you might want. wifi internet, huge log fire, south facing views, sky t.v., sauna, champagne terrace, board and boot rooms with racks and dryers and much more. The chalet sleeps 16 people in six large en-suite rooms with balconies and also has a very large seperate apertement with private balcony.There is parking for up to 8 cars and it comes fully furnished and maintained, Green Rides have been successfully running thier 3 mountain ski safari's here for 3 years.

Chez Bobby is a new chalet for this winter. It's in a great location just up the hill from the Paradis nightclub, Dixie Bar etc. There is a large lounge with Sky TV ( Free view ) WI-FI internet, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and all plates, glasses, cutlery etc.
There is one bathroom, with sink and bath and a separate toilet. On the same floor as the lounge there are two single rooms and one double/ twin room. In the attic with access from the loft stairs from the hallway there is a small single room and and double/twin room, you are just about able to stand up fully. This is an ideal chalet for 5-7 friends maximum. There is no parking at the chalet, washing facilities are downstairs in the garage.
There is a 500 euro damage deposit per person.

'Maison Wontner'  is a mountain village chalet with 2 double bedrooms,  a bunkroom and a mezzanine, spread over 4 floors. It has a wonderful south-facing balcony off the main open plan living room/kitchen. It is situated in a small village on the sunny side of the valley, facing Les Arcs.
Car Required : 10 to 12 Minutes drive from Bourg St Maurice Funicular (4 miles/6km)
LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Large double bedroom, with ensuite with bath, washbasin and WC. There is a shower over the bath.

Small bunk bed room with 2 bunk beds, and a desk with a lovely view east overlooking the village chapel and mountains beyond.
This floor has a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.  There is also a separate WC with hand washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR
Large character open plan living room/kitchen with original stone walls and a beautiful outlook. The kitchen area has an oven/hob and dishwasher and a table seating up to 8 people.  The living area has a glass fronted fireplace and the balcony with breathtaking expansive views.  The spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine.
SECOND FLOOR Mezzanine Area
A characterful space with stone walls and original beams - it works as a secondary living area and as extra sleeping accommodation for over night guests.   Large TV/Satellite and DVD.
