Cooking weekends.co.uk is designed to encourage people to learn about and enjoy the delights of cooking. With a range of fresh ingredients and recipes we aim to make cooking enjoyable and fun.

Who is it for:
The two day course is ideal for complete beginner or those wanting to brush up on existing skills.  The course is especially suitable for:

• People wanting to impress friends and family with private dinner parties
• Students learning to fend for themselves before moving away to University or living on their own.
• Anyone planning to run chalets in the Alps or work in catering jobs overseas.

By gaining a higher understanding of the basics and expanding your catering knowledge we aim to help you easily cater for large numbers.

How long does it last:
We understand that you don't have time to take a whole week off work, so our course is designed to fit into your weekend. The courses run from 9.30 – 5.30 on Saturday and 9.30 – 4.30 on Sunday.

Location
The courses are held at Sompting Abbots School near Worthing, West Sussex.

The course costs £170 for 2 days  (£50 deposit to secure the place). This fee includes:

• Tuition fees
• All ingredients for cooking
• Recipe Books
• Morning Tea / Lunch / Afternoon Tea and Dinner
• Recruitment Advice on finding seasonal work
