Delivery (Customer comments)

Natives shopping pages are now run in conjunction with Lets Go Shopping. You, the readers, are able to enjoy our improved shopping pages by registering to make purchases.

All our orders are dispatched from Sussex. Every effort is made to dispatch your order for delivery within 24 hours, however at peak periods this delivery time may be extended. If there is any need to contact you regarding your purchase, one of our team will call you as soon as possible, so it's important that you include all your details when registering.

The actual cost is that which applies to the highest rated product only - so you only pay one amount of postage. The postage and packing cost is calculated on a rate per product which is based on weight and size. So if two products are ordered, one with a postage rate of £2.99 and the other £5.99, the total postage will be £5.99.

Some very bulky items may incur an extra postage cost. You will be advised of this before dispatch.  

The costs are appropriate for the UK mainland only. We are happy to deliver outside the UK mainland, however there may be an additional charge. Please complete your order and we will email you if there is an extra cost.

Which size is right for me?
This is our most commonly asked question and there is no easy answer as we all come in different shapes and sizes!  Obviously everyone has their own preference for baggy/tight, but the following should help you make your decision. Full details are available on this page.

- Small Unisex T's will fit chest size 36. Girls small will fit a size 8 - 10 (depending)
- Medium Unisex T's will fit chest size 38. Girls medium will fit size 12 - 14
- Large Unisex T's will fit chest 42. Girls large will fit size 14 - 16
-- Extra Large will fit chest 42. Girls extra large will fit size 16+
- -Long Sleeve shirts are a slightly smaller fit, so order a size above your usual

- Girls sizes are variable depending on the cut of the t-shirt (and the size of the girl)
- If it doesn't fit let us know

What is your Return Policy? (Customer comments)
Don't forget that all of our products come with a 30 day No Questions Asked Guarantee. If you've ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange the item for you. In the unlikely event that you decide you don't like the item you have bought we will refund you. Our only conditions are that the item must not have been worn and must be returned in its original state.

In addition to the above, under the new European Directive on distance selling, you are entitled to cancel your order without giving a reason. This must be done within 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receives your order.

Looking after your purchase
All of our Natives tops are machine washable, but to extend the life of your purchase wash at low temperatures and iron on reverse to protect the designs.

Can I order by phone or buy offline?
Yes. Although buying on Natives is fully secure if you would prefer not to order online you can call us to place your order on 08700 463377 (national call rate) Monday to Friday from 0900-1730

Methods of Payment      
We accept all credit and debit card types either online or offline by calling us. You can also pay by cheque. To do this simply complete your order as usual, but select the 'Invoice and Payment before Delivery' option on the final page.   

What if you are Out of Stock? (Customer Comments)
This store is regularly updated to reflect changes in stock. Occasionally an order may go through for an item that is not immediately available. In this case we will give you the option to wait until the item is in stock or, if you would rather not wait, to cancel your order.

What is the Complaint Procedure?
In the unlikely event that you feel you are not happy with your purchase we will acknowledge any complaint received within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Any complaints are dealt with personally and confidentially.

Statutory Rights
All contracts herein and with effect of the company do not at any time affect your statutory consumer rights.
