A season worker's essential, the yoghurt cake is key to many an afternoon tea. Easy to make, the recipe can be adapted to any flavour you fancy. Try adding chocolate powder, or some orange zest, or anything else you may have in your store cupboard.
(Use a regular yoghurt pot as
your measuring tub)
1 tub of natural yoghurt
2 tubs of sugar
3 tubs of self raising flour
1 tub of oil
3 eggs
Flavour of your choice
Put the whole lot in a bowl and mix together.
Line a cake tin in baking parchment; add the mixture and bake
at 180 for 40 mins or until cooked.
