Serves 6
3 x 200g or 7oz of tuna fish
125 g or 4oz of butter
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of cream or yoghurt
Salt and pepper.
Put all the ingredients
into a mixing bowl and mash. Season to taste. Chill.
You may wish to serve in separately using ramekins.
Serve with thin slices of toast.
