Courchevel team wins the inaugural Workers Challenge

At the climax of an exciting day the 'Bar Bitches' from Courchevel became the first winners of the inaugural TMC/Natives Workers Challenge.

The final against the White Stuff Players from Meribel was close, but ultimately the team made up of staff from the bars of Courchevel 1850 won the day.

Cheesy as it may be, the real point of the day for the 24 teams who entered was less the winning and more the taking part.

After a less than snowy season, a gap in the rain (thanks God!) enabled hundreds of workers to lift some of those mid-season blues and have some fun.

With some great prizes on offer there was plenty to race for with a high standard of racing on show from some competitors.

However, the number of one-piece suits, mono-skis and teams in fancy dress showed how the emphasis was on having fun.
