LONDON - April 2003 - NEWS RELEASE

NATIVES EXPANDS ITS CHALET COOKERY COURSE PROGRAM FOR 2003

Natives are running four Chalet Cookery Courses this year following the success of last year's two summer courses. The course is aimed at individuals who wish to work as a Chalet Host in a ski resort, and guarantees jobs for those aged 21 and over on successful completion.

The course lasts for five days, during which time students learn and improve on cooking skills, as well as gain knowledge in how to run a chalet efficiently. Taught by industry professionals, the course is widely recognised by all major ski tour operators, and for any Gap-year student, will significantly increase their chances of securing employment.

Dates for this year's courses are the 28th July, 4th August, 11th August and 27th October. All courses cost £379, which includes all tuition, materials and full-board accommodation.

Demand for the courses is high, with many places already booked, so it is advisable to secure places early.
