NATIVES WINS 'BEST RECRUITMENT WEB SITE' AWARD

Natives (http://www.natives.co.uk) has been named 'Best Recruitment Web Site' at the 2003 Travel and Tourism Web Awards.

The awards highlight and reward excellence in the use of the Internet by the Travel Trade. There were over 250 entries.

Natives MD, Iain Martin, was delighted: "It is a great honour to receive this award, which justifies the time and effort our whole team has spent making Natives as dynamic and valuable as possible."

Since launching in April 1999, more than two hundred employers have used Natives to find seasonal staff. More people use Natives to find a ski job than any other source.

Natives registered 4.13 million hits from 53,739 unique users in January 2003. Up to 8,000 job applications are made each month.

As well as recruitment, Natives is widely recognised as one of Britain's leading winter sports websites with a strong reputation for resort news, snow reports and information. The site has more than 2,000 pages, including reports, features and news items.
