It is nearly upon us, Relentless Freeze Festival is looming and there is still time to get online and buy your tickets. The two day ski and snowboard bonanza will take place at Battersea Power Station on the 26th and 27th October 2012.

If, however, you fancy the chance of winning a pair of weekend tickets for the festival, then follow this link and have a stab at the question.

When you head on down, not only will you be able to see some ace live music, but you will also be able to watch some of the world’s finest snowboarders and freestyle skiers competing against one another two years from the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

The event, which is held in association with Metro, is the ultimate UK winter sports festival and apres ski party which is returning for its fifth year, and there are over 20,000 people expected to enjoy all that it has to offer.

Europe’s most unique festival sees Battersea Power Station transformed into an international winter sports resort, with the centrepiece being the iconic 32m high and 100m snow jump.

When the sun sets over the slope, Hip Hop trailblazers Public Enemy, legendary DJ superstars Zane Lowe v Mark Ronson, and Hip Hop pro DJ Shadow will take to the main stage. The Energy Sessions Bar sponsored by Relentless Energy Drink will host Scratch Perverts, Jay Da Funk and brilliant British duo Plastic Thumbs. Ms. Dynamite and electronica duo The Nextmen will be performing in The Desperados Factory.

The world’s best skiers and snowboarders will be jetting in for the international snowboard and ski Big Air competitions. British winter sports stars confirmed to compete and hoping for glory include Billy Morgan, the first snowboarder to ever land a triple rodeo, 19-year old Jamie Nicholls, one of the UK’s best young riders and top pro freestyle Skier James Woods. Three times X Games gold medallist and Freeze Festival ambassador Jenny Jones will also be in the audience to cheer on her fellow riders competing.

Tickets are priced at £40 for a day pass, £65 for a season pass for both days, with a child’s day ticket at £20 and a child’s season ticket at £35.
