As the Millennium edges closer, tour operators
have been despairing over consumer apathy. Andy
Perrin, MD at Crystal Holidays, recently admitted
that 'the Millennium is proving a real struggle' and
his view sums up the feel across the industry.
Anyone who visited the Ski Show could hardly
have failed to have noticed the deals on offer for
New Year with some holidays now £700 cheaper than
first advertised.
