You wouldn't expect your driving instructor be able to drive like Michael Schumacher, so why does the ESF insist on a Slalom test as part of their instructor's qualification? 

The cynical might say it's to keep wages (and prices) high, but Ski Cocktail have challenged the status quo by taking their own government to court.
