What will you do when the snow melts? If you are looking to make your season last all year then PGL can help. PGL have 24 outdoor activity and educational centres across the UK, France and Spain. We employ energetic people with a commitment to excellent customer service to help give our guests an experience of a lifetime. Our seasons run from January through to November and we offer various contract lengths throughout this period.

Bring the skills and experience from your Ski season and carry on progressing within the Travel and Tourism Industry next year in one of the many roles PGL has to offer, such as:

Activity Instructors/ Group Leaders
The most popular job at PGL! If you're full of energy then this is the role for you: combining instructing and group leading, you'll lead activity sessions, organise evening entertainments and ensure your group has the best stay possible. You don't need any specialist qualifications or have experience in any particular activity. However, you do need to be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have lots of energy!

Catering Teams
With 400,000 guests enjoying a PGL experience annually, we have a lot of hungrymouths to feed! Our Catering Assistants, Chefs and Head Chefs prepare wholesome, homely meals using as many fresh ingredients as possible. Our guests and staff enjoy three meals a day, seven days a week. Our guests are all under 17, so evening meal times are early: meaning you'll seldom work beyond 8pm which is rare in the catering industry!

Peak Season Ski Reps
Ideal for people in full-time employment who want to do something different for a week or two during the February half term and Easter Holiday (No full-season ski employment is available). Working independently in ski resorts, you are our front-line support, making sure our groups have a smooth, enjoyable trip. All Ski Reps working with PGL SKI for the first time must attend a weekend training course in October / November.

There are also opportunities to join PGL as Housekeeping, Security or General Assistants and Drivers to name a few.

PGL offer a competitive wage, paid monthly, meals and on-site accommodation provided, access to training and development opportunities and free staff uniform. If you are working in France we also provide return transport from the UK.
