Skibound can offer over 28 years of experience in the business, making sure every child & group leader that comes away with us has an experience they’ll never forget. You don’t have to be an expert to come and work for us, we have a variety of roles to offer that will suit your experience.

We want passionate and enthusiastic people with a genuine love for the mountains and providing excellent customer service to both children and adults.

Commis Chef

We have two types of Chef roles available; Head Chef and Commis Chef. Being part of the kitchen team as a Commis Chef is an integral part of our operation and we need creative, hardworking chef’s to join us in providing good wholesome meals for our school groups and leaders.

Working within a commercial Kitchen you will be with an experienced Head Chef who will share their knowledge and skills with you to develop you and progress you within your career. You need to have a good understanding of Health & Hygiene practices within the kitchen, if you are working towards a qualification in catering or professional cookery then this is highly desirable, but most all we want the right can do attitude and the drive & determination to learn and develop as a chef.

Hotel Host

As a Hotel Host you will have the opportunity to work in a number of departments within the hotel meaning that this is a fun and varied role. You will be working within the Housekeeping, Restaurant and Bar departments providing the highest level of customer service to our valued customers so being able to adapt easily is key.

You are the face of the company and first impressions count so you need to be presentable and a personable person who is able to get to know the children and adults that come away with us. It’s essential that you can share your passion and enthusiasm for the mountains with them.

Ski Representative

It’s all about Charisma! As a Ski Representative we need you to be approachable with a fun and confident personality and tons of enthusiasm. You are the person who provides a personalised experience for our customers ensuring that you tailor your communication styles and build an activity schedule to suit the group of children that you have; whilst also including what their teachers and leaders are hoping to gain from their trip.

Your most important responsibility is the safety and security of your customers whilst out on the mountain and within the hotel, so you need to have an eye for detail. As a Ski Rep you will work independently within one of our hotels meaning that you need to be self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to use your initiative, manage your work load and prioritise effectively.
