Resort Rep

Customer service is our key focus and we’re looking for Resort Reps to join our team for the winter season across France, Austria and Italy who’ll make sure that the service our clients receive is nothing short of exceptional. Creating an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they depart you’ll be helping to create that special holiday experience that makes them want to return to us year after year. Each of our Resort Rep are issued with an iPad aiding them to go that extra mile using social media and being able to provide an efficient service.

Chalet Host

We’re looking for Chalet Hosts to join our team for the winter season across France, Austria and Italy in various chalet sizes and teams. Whether working independently or in a team you’ll deliver fantastic service to our customers through providing a personalised service that is nothing short of exceptional. Creating an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they depart you’ll welcome them into your chalet and provide them with great food and accommodation and be on hand to create that special holiday experience that makes them want to return to us year after year.

Chalet Chefs

As a Chalet Chef you’ll ensure the service our customers receive is nothing short of exceptional through providing great food, meeting any dietary requests, running a tight ship in the kitchen and ensuring the stock control is tight and to budget. Working in a team you’ll assist with the training of food preparation and presentation for other team members – lead by example and help the hosts deliver great looking & great quality food. As well as working in the kitchen you’ll solve customer problems whilst they’re on holiday – from unexpected issues that arise which you haven’t been able to pre-empt to helping them in crisis situations
