Cardrona has been the base for
eight dogs of NZ Alpine Search dogs for the past week.
The dogs are have apparently
been training the owners (yes, it is that way round!)
in a variety of snow based scenarios. Hopefully you'll
never be in a situation where you need them, but should
it ever occur you can be reassured they can find you
in less than 15 minutes.
