It's not just Delia who can teach you how to cook.  Crystal Holidays run a very popular series of catering courses geared specifically to running a chalet in the winter. 

The residential courses take place in Harrogate, Yorkshire and Bruton, Somerset during the month of August and cost £299.  Over five days participants learn how to menu plan, budget and, crucially how to cater for the demands of a group of hungry skiers every week for a season.  Jobs are guaranteed for everyone who passes the course.
