Reports are coming in from Chamonix of an unnamed area manager showing Billy tendencies.

On a recent day's skiing, the aspiring Billy in question was spotted sitting on a chair lift, facing the wrong way down the mountain (apparently caught on the lift by the straps on his rucksack!).  

His skiing companions were sworn to secrecy, but when the truth came out later, he claimed that he had done it to amuse everyone else.

Natives thinks he protesteth too much.  Is this what happens when you only get one day's skiing a week?
