Aside from Canada which has great snow and more forecast for this week, most countries are starting off slowly (although it is still early doors). 

Kirsten Nicholl from the CdS reports good news from the States with Winter Park getting 25cm and Breckenridge 15cm on the night of 3 Dec.  It was needed as Colorado, like many US resorts has been relying on artificial snow. 

In Europe there's a decent base for the time of year.  Try Zermatt or Espace Killy if you fancy a pre-Christmas jaunt.
