Why is SnowBall Pass unique?

Altitude FestivalDiscount cards have been in existence for many years with varied success as they generally specialise in only onecategory of discounts, such as Tourist Attractions or Public Transport. These discount cardsare accepted in one specific city and generally expire after 1, 2 or 7 days. This limits the number of travellers wanting to purchase and use these cards and therefore limits the number of businesses wishing to participate and offer a discount. Here at SnowBall Pass, we don’t just specialise in one category of discounts, we specialise in every category as well as in many resorts in several countries making a SnowBall Pass appealing to any winter sport enthusiast.

The history
Launched in 2007, SnowBall Pass was accepted in 14 businesses in one resort. Offered to the clients of one holiday company, we exceeded our sales expectations and received great response and numerous requests to include other esorts. So we did just that! For the 2008/09 winter season, SnowBall Pass expanded to provide discounts in over 100 businesses in 9 of the top French resorts.

We locally launched the Pass at the London and Birmingham ski and board shows and SnowBall Pass quickly became known as the ‘credit crunch product’. SnowBall Passes went on sale at the start of the season, and were available onboard all EasyJet ski flights, in resort at selected retailers and through our website. During the season, we ran several promotions with ski and board clubs throughout the UK offering their members the chance to use a SnowBall Pass at a special price.

After another successful season, SnowBall Pass is set to be bigger and even better up the up-coming 2009/10 season!

SnowPass can be used in resorts in France, Austria, Italy, Andorra.
