Freestyle Spirit of Adventure Theatre - You'll be inspired by our line-up of explorers & adventurers, including Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Tony Hawks, Charley Boorman, Benedict Allen, Bear Grylls, Phil Ashby and many more.

Metro Energy Café - The hub of the show and the perfect place to kick back and enjoy a drink, live music, cutting-edge DJ's and first class adventure simulators.

The Mountain Adventure Zone will be featuring the BBC Championships. Come and see top pros competing throughout the weekend. Plus all the latest gear available and all the info you'll need about how to get into climbing and mountaineering from the British Mountaineering Council.

The Coastal & River Adventure Zone is packed with information and equipment plus a whole raft of water-based activities including Canoeing, Kayaking, Surfing and Kite Surfing.

Cycle Sports Zone Check out all the latest cycles on the market including cutting edge biking technology.
