Regular visitors to Natives may remember a story on the site back in November tipping you off on the secret stash of off-piste that is Engleberg.

Well, the good news is that not only have we made the supreme sacrifice to check it out for other Natives.


We say "Incredible off piste!"
During our tester weekend in the resort, we had the chance to sample some of the incredible off-piste descents first hand.

We've been lucky enough to ski some great off piste terrain in resorts like Chamonix, La Grave and Zermatt, but Engleberg has plenty to offer to match - and, dare I say it, even surpass that!

Our favourite was the awesome 'Galtiberg' - 6000 vertical feet of truly out-there off piste experience heaven that takes you through stunning colouirs and past unbelievable 50m ice falls.

The guiding was of the highest quality and you can be sure that we'll be heading back next year.
