It has been snowing for over 24 hours in Val d'Isere!

The storms you are getting in UK are turning into white gold when they reach the Alps. We have had 40cm so far, with the snow expected to continue all week. Visibility is bad so it is tree skiing for those brave enough.

The snow pack is incredibly dangerous with three deaths reported over the last couple of days.

So if you are coming out to Val and intend to go off-piste then hire a guide or make sure are with people that know the are and are properly bleeped up.
