2003 NATIVES WORKERS PARTY

03 November 2003

Thanks to everyone who came along to the Workers Party at WestOneFour on Saturday night, and helped to raise over £2000 for the British Adaptive Ski Team.

Superfunky Superfly
Yet another blinding set from Superfly (their best ever??) was the highlight, but Lil Miss Jenna and DJ Adee kept the downstairs bar buzzing all night.

Extreme Drinks' Wokka Sake and Extreme Energy combination went down a treat, with free shots for everyone, plus Extreme Chillout to ease those hangovers.

If all the extra Energy went somewhere most likely it was into the mosh-pit upstairs. Hot and wet, crowdsurfing and the most eclectic set you'll ever come across - now with a sick Eminem cover that rocked the room.

Celebrity spotting
Not quite murder on the dancefloor and certainly not the venue you'd expect to see Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Tara Palmer-Tompkinson, but there they were, grooving with the rest of us (and featured in the crowd pic - can you see them?)

Needless to say the door staff failed to recognise Sophie with her new blonde hairdo, so she very promptly pulled out her passport to collect her VIP list tickets!

Thanks to everyone
Thanks to all of our sponsors for their support of this evening, in particular Redeye, Precision Ski, Le Boomerang Hotel, Warren Smith and the whole Natives team who gave their time to run the event.
