AIM SERIES HITS CASTLEFORD

13 October 2003

Indoor Big Air Championships at the all new XSCAPE
The 18th October 2003, following hard snowfall in Castleford, Britain's best snowboarders and freestyle skiers will descend on the spanking new Xscape centre for the prestigious Indoor Big Air Championships.

The new 150 metres giant recreational slope at Xscape Castleford, covered in 1500 tons of real snow will be fitted with a massive Big Air jump purposely built for the championships. All athletes will have two qualifying jumps, being judged on amplitude, technicality and style. Best score out of the two will put them forward to the final, where 8 riders/ skiers will battle for the Champion's title.
