Natives is delighted to welcome Mark Harris, one of the brightest young freeskiers on the British scene, to our team of riders.

Based in Zermatt in the winter, where he works in the North Wall Bar, Mark is perfectly located for a challenging mix of powder, moguls and steeps.

"Skiing gives me freedom to do what I want. It's not just great fun, it's a lifestyle I love," Mark told us.

Mark skis on Volkl G4s for freeride and V-Pros in the park. Currently in his 4th season in Zermatt Mark's main goal is to keep having fun and enjoying life.

"I don't pretend to be great in the park, but I'll give everything a go. My real love is freeride - steeps and cliff jumps are where I'm at!"

Mark sees himself staying in Zermatt for the near future. A purist, he believes that you should never take life too seriously and most of all you should have fun in whatever you do. A maxim I'm sure we all can identify with.
