Internet facilities in Val d'Isere are much improved thanks to new satellite connections.

Powdermonkey
The original Val internet cafe, Powdermonkey, became the first to offer ADSL speed connections by a satellite link earlier this month. They are located in Le Galerie des Cimes, right next to the Melting Pot restaurant.

Absolute Zero
New kid on the block for internet access in Val is Absolute Zero, a new business which opened last week. All users get a free OJ while they check their mails and season workers get a 30% discount on use. It is located opposite Cafe Fats.

They are now open for business 8am through 10pm inclusive. Rates for seasonnaires are seven Euros per hour.
