The weather here has been quite unusual lately.
Instead of the usual sunshine, we've had mostly covered skies
with rain below and sprinklings of snow up top. It's dead
easy to judge the depth of snowfall at the moment as well
after the whole resort was covered in a coating of sand(?)
at the My spiritual home, the funpark is still quite splendid, with the shapers constantly improving things all the time. The pipe is pretty much consistently in good condition and some new tabletops/hips have been added recently. The 2 big air jumps have been changed into one "sh*t the bed!! that's MASSIVE" air jump. The guys who are brave enough to hit it are having to hike up the hill behind the run-in just to get enough speed to make the landing. I heard the phrase, "60 feet of flat before the landing" but I haven't tried to measure it myself. Trust me, it's rather large. That's all for now. I know that the last guests for some of the major tour operators will be leaving on Saturday so I reckon there'll be a big party to be found. Cheers
