OK,
so you enjoy heading to the slopes now and then, but here's
your chance to let the world know just what you can do. Grab
the limelight and make it homegrown. Let everyone know who's
the star of the show.
Natives has teamed up with the
Extreme Sports Channel to give you the opportunity to star
in its new series 'Extreme Homegrown'.
Made for the viewer, by the viewer
Extreme Homegrown is a series made for the viewer, by
the viewer. You might be able to talk a sick mute grab or
360, but now it's time to prove it.
Don't worry if your first time, or if you
were born doing it...the more amusing and outrageous the clips
the better. Whether you are a budding director or just a point
and shoot holidaymaker this is a great chance to send in your
clips and trips and feature on one of the coolest TV channels
ever.
And it's not just footage you can send in,
Extreme Sports Channel is also interested in your music, your
photos and generally anything extreme. So get riding and send
us the evidence.
Step
One: Grab the Footage
Get out there and record the moment, nailing your most awesome
trick, eating snow on a wipeout or for the more ambitious
make a video diary of your next mission to the mountains
Step Two: Submit the Evidence
Send in your VHS, DV, mini DV, tapes, photos, or CD's. If
you're a new media guru and have anything in an email format
(jpegs, WAV files, Quicktime etc) then please send as an attachment
to info@extreme.com.
Alternatively you can send them by post to Extreme Sports
Channel, PO Box 90422, 1006 BK Amsterdam
Step Three: Become a Star
Invite your buddies around when Extreme Homegrown is scheduled
on Extreme Sports Channel (keep your eyes peeled, details
will appear on our online schedule), grab some beer, settle
back, and revel in the glory. Pointing out that you get more
airtime than you know what to do with these days. Such a player.
