Pimps, Priests and Poodles Quo Vadis was the first to break the ice with a 'P' Party. 'P' for Pimp, Priest, Pillow, Poodle or Pervert! Basically, everyone has to dress up to become something beginning with 'P'.Simple really! But good fun. Quo Vadis is already well known for its Toga Parties, and this year, I'm sure they'll be remembered for a few others. Other things going on at Quo Vadis this year: Apres ski is the time to relax and soothe away those aches and pains with a G+T or two, and while you're doing so, you may as well try to win a Quo Vadis T-shirt. Ask the bar staff for one of the apres ski T-shirt cards, valid throughout the week, and for every drink you buy between 4pm and 7pm, it'll be stamped. Once full, you've got your choice of T-shirts from their display in the bar. Apres ski is also the best time to have a
laugh at what you and everyone else has been doing on the
slopes throughout the day. Crews from 'Arinsal Ski Video'
spend all day scanning the slopes, You can check in, but you can never leave El Derby had it's first karaoke night of the season on Wednesday.Every week, the Derby gets packed with Karaoke Queens and budding 'Stars in their Eyes' performers who sing at the top of their lungs to the likes of 'American Pie' or 'Hotel California', great hits from Wham, Elvis or 4 Non Blondes, and with over 600 songs to choose from, there's a fair few that we'd all sing along to! Even Dave (the failed Chippendale) was in fine form. Apparently, it was the microphone that was out of tune! At the other end of the village, the Rocky Mountain continues its evenings events with live bands playing rock, jazz, blues, etc... Once again, all the usuals to get you in the party mood and to make sure you have the best time possible. Coming next up next time... Info provided by Arinsal.com
