NEW LONDON SNOWDOME

The new snowdome at Beckton in London is to be known as the London SnowDome (their caps) when it opens in November of next year.

Work on the slope will start in September this year as the current slope is too steep for real snow so the gradient must be reduced. The bonus is that the length of the slope is likely to be increased, making it the largest slope in the UK (25m longer than Snozone and about twice the width).

Rumours abound that it will be serviced by the first indoor chairlift in the UK...
