Ever considered skiing in Turkey? Nope, us neither!   But thanks to Inghams, Turkey at Christmas could take on a whole new meaning...

Their new brochure features the Turkish resort of Palandöken, which apparently features 'suprisingly good skiing'.

With the ski area starting at 2100m (going up to around 3200m) and a dry climate snow conditions should be pretty reliable.

Okay so there are only 8 lifts, but you're on the mountain with doorstep skiing, boarders have a half pipe and there's well-priced heliskiing.

So, if you've been there, seen it, done it, like Iran, it's yet another destination to add to that growing list.
