After a successful first season in
which they established Internet Cafes in Meribel, Chamonix
and Les Arcs, the CyBar chain is expanding this winter.
In a deal recently announced with
Brown Rock, this winter Dick's T bar in Val d'Isere will
open from 1pm to allow surfers to use the four new terminals
installed there.
In addition the Chamonix CyBar, previously
tucked away off Rue Whymper, will now have a higher profile
location at Bar Crochon on the Rue des Moulins. This stunning
venue, visually impressive, will accommodate 10 terminals,
plus phone jacks for laptops, digital cameras and scanners.
The Meribel CyBar, based in Bar La
Taverne in the centre of town, will increase to six terminals
this winter, after last season's successful experiment with
four screens. The downstairs bar has been refurbished especially
to allow this growth.

other cyber locations, just check our listing of Internet
Cafes in ski resorts - widely recognised as the most extensive
