NATIVES ONLINE STORE RECOGNISED BY WHICH?

25 August 2000

The Which? Webtrader logo The Natives Online store, open since mid-June, has now been officially recognised by the Which? Webtrader scheme as completely safe to buy at.

What this means to you as a consumer...
This means that you can now be even more sure that our store is safe to shop at. This is what Which? say about the scheme:

'A UK trader displaying the Which? Web Trader logo on their website agrees to follow the Which? Code of Practice. This means you can shop online with confidence.'

'We believe that online shopping can be both convenient and safe. We have drawn up a code of practice for online traders to encourage the highest possible standards and make sure that you are treated fairly. Companies which agree to keep to our code can display our logo.'

The Which? Guarantee
Natives recognition also means that as a consumer you are also covered under the Which? Guarantee.

Although Which? and Natives both believe that using your credit card details on our site is completely safe, Which? back this up with their guarantee. This means that if you do lose out because someone misuses your card, they will reimburse the first £50 of your loss. Legally, the credit card issuer must repay the rest.
