Come and say Hi to Powder White at the Novotel London on June 20th! Powder White has just completed its 12th successful season and is already recruiting for the 2015/16 ski season. They offer chalet, hotel and apartment holidays in some of the top resorts in the French, Swiss and Austrian Alps. They hand pick accomodation for its individual charm, comfort and style and above all aim to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere: combining all the warmth of a home with a high level of service.

Our Resort teams play a hugely important role towards the success of our company and as such each successful applicant is specifically selected for their friendliness, experience, work ethic and professionalism and perhaps most importantly, for having a real understanding of genuine customer care. Each member of staff is given the opportunity to develop and grow as individuals, whilst simultaneously contributing to a fast growing business. They are highly valued and provided with the best training and the highest standard of care and support. 

Some positions PW is recruiting for are:

Chalet Hosts and Chalet Couples

Ultimately responsible for managing every aspect of running a chalet covering catering, housekeeping and overall customer care duties.

Head Chef and Assistant Chefs

Duties ranging from producing high quality 4 course dinners, to maintaining an extremely high level of cleanliness in their chalet kitchen, to budgeting and buying all of their food produce.

Resort Rep

For resorts with a larger Powder White presence. They will be working closely with the Resort Manager to give the guests a smooth and hassle-free holiday which will include guest transfers, organising ski hire and ski passes, and assisting guests with any activities such as booking restaurants.

Various Managerial roles

Covering various responsibilities such as the management of the resort teams, maximising Customer and Staff welfare, ensuring Operations run smoothly, overseeing Logistics and Accounts and much more, depending the role.

Maintenance Man/Driver

Duties ranging from running airport transfers, to undertaking maintenance across PW properties, to providing support and backup to the management team and much more.

We will do all we can to ensure that you have all the knowledge and tools you need so you can maximise every aspect of your season. You, in turn, have to understand the importance of being realistic about your job - you must contribute, be willing to work hard and be prepared to learn and progress.
