We've hand picked a few of the most exciting job listings that have been posted in the month of May:

Chalet Couple – France, Winter | Winter

Are you looking to do a ski season with your partner or a friend? Silver Lining Chalets are looking for a couple to undertake the duties of a Chalet Chef and Chalet Host. You'll be out there for the whole season and be able to really improve your skiing/ snowboarding ability.

The Chalet Chef must be professionally qualified and be passionate about food and able to produce interesting dinner menus for up to 16 people. The chalet host much have experience in waiting on, house-keeping or in a similar hospitality role.

This role includes a competitive salary, ski pass, travel to and from the resort, comprehensive insurance once in the resort, live-in private accommodation, great food, equipment hire, 1 day off a week plus plenty of time for skiing the whole of the Three Valleys.

Chalet Chef Duties include:
Ordering, stock control, sopping and cooking (breakfast, afternoon cakes and a four course evening meal).
You must have a passion for providing exceptional service, putting guests needs first and working hard to meet these standards. You'll be able to relate well to different types of people and have an enthusiastic friendly approach.

Chef Host Duties include:
Cleaning the chalet to a high standard with great attention to detail.
Looking after guests in the chalet when they arrive and for the duration of their stay.

Chalet Host/ Maintenance Man – Megeve, France | Summer

The Chalet d'Antoine is a leading 3* hotel that currently hold the #1 spot on TripAdvisor in the area of Megeve. The Chalet d'Antoine pride themselves on outstanding customer service and great value.

They are looking for candidates to undertake the roles of Chalet Host and Maintenance Man in the Summer of 2014. Applicants must hold an EU passport and a National Insurance No.

An interest in mountain and road biking plus climbing, hiking and swimming would be an additional bonus to the position as the chalet is perfectly placed for all of the mentioned activities with the majority of the guests visiting to take part in these sports.

Chalet Host – Competitive Salary
The chalet host is potentially one of the most important roles within the chalet as it provides the interface between the guests and the company. The Chalet Host position incorporates all characteristics of running a hotel including; cleaning rooms, restaurant and bar work plus reception duties.
Applicants must be hard working, flexible with a friendly manner. You must also speak French to a very high level.

Maintenance Man – Competitive Salary
You must be able to turn your hand to many tasks around the hotel and display exceptional maintenance skills. You'll be expected to provide plumbing and electrical work to a good standard. Applicants must be in possession of a clean driving license and their own tool box. Other duties include general hotel work during peak times.
