** TIGNES GLACIER OPENS FOR SUMMER SKIING AND BOARDING **

Skiing and snowboarding is possible every month of the year in Tignes, thanks to the Grande Motte glacier which has just opened for the summer season.

At a height of over 3000 metres, there's 20km of pistes and 12 lifts, plus the fabulous snowpark. Training camps are running throughout the summer, giving you the chance to learn from the pros, whether that be racing technique, park prowess or simply learning to ski or board.

When you're finished on the glacier, there are plenty of other activities to keep you occupied - mountain biking on over 90km of trails, endless water sports on the lake, beach soccer and beach volleyball, golf, tennis...And they're all FREE with the Sportignes card.
