------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It’s the winter coming up, there’s snow coming down...and we want to know about it!

Snow reports

Post your own snow reports on Natives
Eagle-eyed visitors will have noticed a new link in the ‘Snow’ drop down menu at the top of this page – ‘Add a Snow Report’.  As of a couple of weeks ago, all MyNatives registered users can now post snow reports  on Natives.

Just take the link, add your resort, snow report, your name and, if you want, a link (useful for promoting your own company or blog).

Then click submit and your snow report will go live immediately.

Share your knowledge with the Natives community
Natives receives thousands of visitors every month looking at our snow reports, mainly because they are much more informative than the boring official tourist office versions.  Who cares if there is 100cm upper, 30cm lower?  We want to know what the snow is like!

So why not contribute to your community and help tell other Natives when you have fresh powder (hopefully often!), when it’s dumping it down in a white-out, blue-sky perfection, and even when it’s icy and boilerplate.

Snow reports will be regularly updated to our fan page on Facebook, so your reports will reach an even bigger audience.

Registered users can also...
Don’t forget that MyNatives registered users can also post on the Natives Forum, add pictures to the gallery , add comments to news stories and even write your own blog.

So if you’re already a member – starting posting your snow reports now, and you’re not already registered...what are you waiting for?

Because remember...knowledge is powder!

1. Park City, UT

Let's start early - there has been some early snow and the snow cannon are working overtime after a break last week due to rising temperatures. This week the forecast is for the minimum temperature to be 20F (-6.6C) or below all week, at the weekend rising to freezing. The resort's planned opening is Saturday 20 November, and they are confident of having lifts running and runs open. I'll be there next week and hope to update this.
