Natives Skier/Boarder X Series - final stage Tignes, 2 March

17 February 2011 16:45

The brand new Natives Skier/Boarder X Series will soon draw to a close with the final stage in Tignes on 2 March....

The third and final Natives Skier/Boarder X in conjunction with the Natives Clothing will take place in the Snowpark at the top of the Col du Palet in Tignes on 2 March 2011 - time to put your words into action and show us what you're made of! This means not only will there be fantastic individual prizes for all the categories in this competition, but we'll also be selecting the best across the whole series to win some really top prizes, so if you've already participated in one of our earlier Natives Skier/Boarder X competitions in Val Thorens and Meribel then you could well be in the running for a series prize!

For everyone!
Whether you are in your first season or your 10th, the 2011 Natives Workers Challenge series is a great opportunity for you and your friends to sample the adrenalin rush of skier/boarder X. It's a lot of fun, suitable for intermediates and above, and you never know, you might even win some of our amazing prizes from our generous sponsors...
including a Westbeach jacket, Forcefield body armour, Profeet Bag, RK beanies/caps, Ski Club goodie bags and much more! Register now at The Loop Bar or come up to the Snowpark at the top of the Col du Palet to sign up that morning before 11.15am.

Format:
Each race day starts with an individual time trial on the course. We then use these times to seed competitors for the head-to-head rounds when 3 or 4 riders battle it out to the next heat.

Then straight after the competition, there'll be an included BBQ (with happy hour!) at The Loop Bar, out on the sun terrace, followed by prize-giving approx 4.30pm to kick-start a great apres-ski party with a live band.

Series:
This series is the UK's snowsports industry only Skier/Boarder X series and is supported by British Ski Cross.
Athletes from the team will be attending each race, offering coaching advice and giving demonstrations.

We look forward to seeing you there :-) For further information on the series click here.
