Hey all

Newbie here, doing a winter season as it is always something I have wanted to do, however I have never skied before in my life, am I making a mistake by doing a season without ever going out to resorts or will I b able to learn

Not only are you doing the right thing, you'll end up a very good skier or boarder due to being able to go out on the mountain so much. I learned to ski, 2 weeks a year as a kid and it took many years to get to what I hope is a good standard! You'll have no issues at all. Get a proper lesson or 2 of a real instructor rather than a a fellow worker so you get taught correctly, then take what you learnt and before you know it, you'll be having the most fun. Good luck and have a brilliant season.
