I'm 18 and my cousin and I want to spend the 2014/15 season together. I am a very good cook but have had no formal cooking experience. I really want to do have a couples chalet for me and my cousin to work in as i know we would be able to really do a great job. I've so far emailed a few companies and theve all said we lack experience. Ive personally been working as a waiter and kitchen hand in many different pubs and restuarants since the age of 14 and i also work at catering weddings, funerals and other events all over the UK.

My ideal location is St Anton for many reasons; i have friends there, can speak fluent dutch (which austria is full of) and want to learn german. I am an excellent skier...

Thanks in advance.
