I can't think of any car over there not now covered in dents, and that includes all the ones we took over.

Nope they survived the season Intact

I`ll be driving out again the week before Christmas if anyone wants a lift out to the 3 Vallees

I drove out with Dom last year - and can confirm that the car can certainly move! Quickest I've ever travelled from Calais to the Alps - and a very safe driver as well.

Many thanks again, Dom, hope the season went as well as you hoped, guess it must have done if you're heading out again!

Cheers - Mick

Oh my god, just started reading this thread from the start (what else to do in the early hours of the morning?)...Lazza, did you live with Lou and Scebs? They had the most fantastic view of Meribel and a bloody cool appartment...maybe I met you once or twice seasons ago...

Anyway, Neve, do you realise there's an American band called Neve? I don't know if they're still going or not...I bought their album on a whim in New York years ago and it's not so bad actually. Red writing, grafitti stylee...sound a bit like post-emo hardcore...alright, I just made that up...they sound a bit like grunge-influenced rnew-age rock. Jesus, I didn't make tat up and it sounds as wanky as the first genre. Christ, I'm soryr. They sound like rock.

I need a game of spider solitaire and then I'm sleeping I think.

Boarding or skiing tomorrw? What to do what to do?

Hi Choc,

Sounds like you were under some very mellow influence in the early hrs !!!

Should you not have been in the pub at that time ..or it it too far to walk from les Allues?

Anyway .. as you are a local expert Is this dude to be beleived bout a "something special Hogmanay" at the RP ?
Or is it just RP -PR !!
Neve.
PS .. I think your skied today and waiting for more new snow to board

Neve, you can't be in the pub all the time. 11 hours of alcohol into the wee hours of this morning has left me with a really sore knee (no idea), a buckled camera case (camera still functions), some great photos, some scary memories, a bit of guilt and a booming hangover.

Which dude are you referring to? Neve the band??? RP-PR? As in, Red Pages PR?? I sold the business so it aint mine to PR anymore. Or did you mean something else?

I know that feeling of mysterious aches and pains after alco-ol !!
Without fail it would happen for a year or two to the ankle I broke rock climbing, whenever I had a drink...curious ...as you say

Dude = poster here called Reidy...and by now your have probably guessed that RP = Ronnie = Rond Point.

I was more thinking that Neve = Irish first name or French hard (frozen, thawed, frozen etc) snow. OR it could even be a mistype of NEVER, who knows ?

Neve

PS ... respct for 11 hrs of good drinking stamina .... do you think anybody ever manages to stay in a bar without drinking ??

Ahhhh, RP = the ronny! There does seem to be a vibe about NYE up there this year....not sure about the hogmonay connection though.

As for mysterious aches and pains...well...mysterious moments too. People - who I don't even remember seeing - have been telling me what I got up to, which I also don't remember. I think it's a conspiracy.

Well....because it's true....there's a huge Aussie contingency this year.

Actually, some of them did get visas this year...unheard of...

I don't have a visa but I do have a British passport now so yay for that.

Sore feet from new boots ouch.
