K2DEVIANT, you have been very helpful! excellent information! im learning a lot about utah from these forums, its very exciting. I cant wait to get out there now....it seems like for ever until november though.. im trying to find some nice accomodation where i can have lots of partys and go mad, but on the internet everyone seems to be looking for chilled and very clean housemates.....
what are the police like over there???is there many?

Lie about being chilled. And clean.

The police are big, carry guns and have no discernible sense of humour whatsoever. Trust me on this.

There's enough to go around.

Depends on the house party.

I have no idea where you're going to be living, so I can't answer that. But Park City is a proper town with normal people living there and in the suburbs around it, so exercise your discretion as you normally would ... though perhaps with the added incentive that it's not just the cops that have guns. The neighbours do, too.

No, mate, I'm just messing with your head. It's a great place and you'll have a fantastic time ... just go with the flow.

But I'm serious about the cops; don't pi[/i:6e94cf4f36]ss them off. And if you're actually living with a landlord, rather than just a bunch of mates, be careful how you deal with him/her - if they choose to call the cops on your sorry ar[i:6e94cf4f36][/i:6e94cf4f36]se, you won't get a word in.

Oh, and don't do what a young mate of mine did - ie, get so pis[i:6e94cf4f36]
sed that as he tried to stagger home he flagged down what he thought was a taxi. Turned out to be cops (you can generally tell by the big f-off 4x4 with red and blue lights on top but, as I said, he was bladdered). They weren't amused ...

Best recommendation I can give is that I liked it so much I bought a place to live in out there. Take from that what you will!

No job.

No money.
