a ned is just the same thing!!
but minky can also be used to describe other stuff, like "oh that flat is minky" but a ned is only for people!
ned is a noun minky is a adjective!!!

ok, also a similar word is skanky
do you use that in englandshire?
i cant beleive you've all not heard of them word i thought everyone used them!!!
