So I have been offered jobs in both resorts and need help on a decision, st Anton is with skitotal and courchivel with powder white, what are they both like to work for?
St Anton is a lot more more money but I have friends already going to courcgivel and think I would prefer the job role , what should I do ?

What are the job roles? If it's of any help, I've worked in St Anton for total so can give you some info, and I do know that there are a number of staff returning to the resort this season, including some of the managers.

Role in st Anton is chalet chef, so some info would be great about what it was like , the other role is senior chalet host in courchivel

Which chalet? I was a chalet chef and have been in most, if not all, of the total/esprit/Inghams chalet kitchens in St Anton so can give you more info if you want.

If the question is St Anton or courcheval then I would plump for Anton.

If the question is powderwhite or Ski Total I would plump for Ski Total.

If the question is powderwhite for one season or being mercilessly twerked by Justine Bieber dressed up as Miley Cyrus for my eternal damnation I would take the latter.

FFS mate, grow a pair and go somewhere new. You're seriously going to turn down a better job in a better resort just to be with your little friends? Are you married to them or what?

It's not 'the better job in a better resort' that concerns me here... it's not being with or without 'your fwends'... It does n't even matter if you're married or where you would come on the shoot, shag or marry scale. It's the fact that you are still considering your alternative employment option.

St Anton or Courchevel...personally, for me, Courchevel (but then I've done 4 seasons there and am more than a little biased).

Ski Total or Powder White...having been friends with PW Resort Manager, Chalet Manager and several chalet staff (funnily enough in Courchevel), you couldn't pay me enough to work for them.

Btw, it's about a 15 min drive (or free bus ride) from 1650 to La Tania.

I concur with my colleagues here...

Run. Run from Powder White as you would run from a blood crazed yeti that is chasing you with a pitch fork.

By way of illustration...Imagine the worst organised place you have ever worked – times it by 1000 and then insert the phrase 'piss-up in brewery' and you are not even close to how these skin-flints will try, with laughable organisation, to bum-rape you for blood, sweat and tears and con their clients into a budget holiday dressed up as luxury.

Plus Courchevel is overpriced, has no decent nightlife and is full of French people who hate British Seasonnaires and long-serving British ex-pats who also hat British Seasonnaires.

St Anton is where it's at.

Ask a question about the budget or your wages on the training course and this could actually happen.
