#1  SNOW/WINTER TYRES  4 Oct '14 at 13:04
driving to the alps?? don't want the hassle of getting stuck or spending time freezing ur nuts off fitting chains...

in certain (dumping or icey) conditions, police will only allow you to drive up to resort if you've got winter tyres on or will make you put ur chains on.

be prepared b4 u go...

4 x 16" mk3 ford mondeo wheels with winter/snow tyres fitted. two are alloys and two are steel rims (for the front) bought in the Meribel/French Alps (so you know they're good in snow) less than half used, located in s wales, will deliver (with-in reason) meet half way or prep for a courier £200 ono

obviosly the tyre can be taken off the wheels and put on ur own...
