I think that some of the chalets will open before the 13th with a few staff in, but not fully staffed, so the people who go out there later still have the chance to work in them. Itl be cool to meet everyone at training and see where we all end up, i don't mind, top of my list are prob les arcs and tigne. La foret at les arcs looks sweet, and boarding there supposed to be great.

I cant wait!!!!

i have been on holiday in the La Foret. it is really nice. don't know what staff rooms are like but the chalet is big and right on the piste. although it is a long walk up slope to arc 1800 for a night out

The Ski Olympians.... I like that!!! Makes us sound important!!!

Hmmmm maybe everyone will want to go to Tignes we'll have to have the Ski Olympic Games to decide who gets to go!!!

Although I'm going on the 6th so maybe I'll bribe/blackmail the decision makers he he
Live to have fun or die trying ...

staff rooms at la foret are quite good, but i've found it doesnt make that huge of a difference... i've had coffin-sized rooms and it's been fine, as you're only really there to sleep.

the crew that were in vallandry last year had no problem finding night life and seemed to have had a great time, so i wouldn't worry too much about that. same goes for pretty much everywhere.

the guys will do their best to place everyone where they want to go, but obviously there are a lot of different factors at play with available accomodation, genders, etc.

pudders et all; trust me, you don't want to go to tignes -- the resort manager is a total w*nker... stay away like the plague.

i worked for ski o last winter. had a great time.
although i came out late, so didnt train with everyone.
got to know them well
had some odd situations of it getting abit cliquey in our group
and people compaining about being left out and not invited to go boarding-seemed to get abit bithchy sometimes, but the girls who were in rosset were wicked and the kiwi`s too.
very hard work running the smaller chalets.
i did 10 people on my own, veryhard
would rather have done assist chef or chalet girl in rosset.
tigne is wicked too, ahh the palafour- good fun
and max the dog
you`ll love it
wish i was going back
