Hey,

I've been offered a job with venture ski for the season in Sainte Foy. It's my first season so I'm not sure how it all usually work but they have asked for a £100 contribution towards flights ect. I feel abit un easy about it. Is it normal for companies to ask for this?

Thanks

Perfectly normal. All TO's will ask for a 'Bond'. It covers the cost of transporting you to resort and then you leaving having cost them money to get you there. If you stay to the end of the season any bond is refunded to you, however if you leave before you will lose it.
Be sure you want to do a season and spend FIVE months away from home before you commit yourself.
Good luck
