i think it lacked a decent bar last year. there were a couple but all too small. the previous years when brewskis or the KK were running the large bar upstairs were much better. last year there was nowhere to gather. the ski show is about socialising, not shopping!

It's clearly all about the drinking.

So far, the ideas are:
1. More BAR facilities
2. Less dancers
3. Keep the slope, but maybe drop the seating
4. Demoing gear
5. More bar facilities.

I've gone to the show maybe 4 times in the last 6 years. I'd have to say that I enjoyed this year's one the best. The bigger hall helped make it better. It was also good that there was free samples near the Natives stand. Can this be arranged for next year's show?
I post, therefore I am

Keep the dancers but when they arrive just send them round to my house...

Nope, no-one.

It's one of those that is only bought by your local chinese takeaway so that people can look at something for a bit so there is less social awkwardness. Then when the food is ready no-one is too bothered about putting it back down since it has absolutely nothing of any interest.

too true, too true

i dont want to seem prejudiced here, but in my experience, most daily mail readers are knuckle-dragging BNP-voting neanderthal nazis who drive their kids to school in 4x4s, parking right in front of the school thereby blocking the road.

I drive a Pajero. I may also be just a tad drunk. Whatever.
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

Big up the Mitsubishi!! I thought the Pajero equivalents were called 'shoguns' over here though...
Got rid of the image signature, as I`ve now realised how annoying they can be.

Gas guzzling scumbags!

I cycle or use public transport everywhere, just because I'm so environmentally aware, it's definately not because I don't know how to drive

I don't know, but I'm fairly sure anything associated with the Daily Mail must be total shite. I've looked at their magazine and it's horrible.
