Hey, this is my first post. I just wanted to ask if any one has experiences with Esprit or Skitopia as ive got interviews this week for a chalet host postion. Any comments on either as employers or operators would be great as im unsure about them.
Thanks

Hey! Zoe, this will be my first season and i'm going with Esprit. I had my interview a couple of weeks ago and they seemed really good. The Package is really good, but I guess most companies are the same. I'd be interested to hear what Esprit are like aswell!

From personal experience I'd say that Esprit workers can hold their drink up to the 9th shot of Genepi.

Esprit workers can also be credited with knowing some kick ass drinking games.

Esprit seemed at pains to press their professionalism at the interview stage. Everyone I met at My Esprit interview that gor jobs seemed really nice people. Holding out for MC job though ;s

Not competing rodders, I was just trying to find out who they were so jumped straight to 'About Us'.

think esprit (for all their faults!) would be a better bet tho!!!!! Their resorts sound good till you realise Tignes is actually les brevieres, 3Vs is actually St Martin etc.....

Which leads me to a sweeping statement... All the companies out there are much of a much to work for, the better and worse companies to work for a merely determined by the people you work with in resort. I realise that packages differ, as does UK support but generally the season is what you make of it.
